Hi to All:
I just read all of the comments people have shared... to be honest, haven't had time to look because we are so busy. Thank you for following - I know our group likes that we are staying connected to all of you at home. For those of you who haven't heard - Craig did not get on the flight with us on the 16th. His passport was to expire 10 days short of 6 months. He stayed in Calgary and went to the passport office. The booth he got to was a lady who attends the Airdre Alliance Church and knows all about Place of Rescue in Cambodia. She fast tracked his passport and he got it by 2 pm that day. He boarded the plane Sat am and caught up with us on Monday. Wow - a little divine intervention there I must say. Take Care all.

Hello all,
I just finished reading about the trials and tribulations of Craig and not being able to board the plane in calgary. This jogged my memory and sent me back to a conversation that Craig, Sean and myself had baout 3 to 4 weeks prior to departure. The topic of passports arose and whether or not Sean and Craig had theirs in order. Sean was ribbed about the number of passports he had lost in the past and the conversation centred around him. Not to be out done, Craig chimed in saying that his passport was about to expire within six months. I mentioned to Craig at this point about the policy (go figure) of Canadian passports and how he would not be allowed to enter a foreign country with a passport about to expire within six months. To which Craig replied yeah yeah he would take his chances because he wanted to live on the edge like Sean. So as fate would have it Craig, I hate to tell you I told you so, but I told you so.
Thanks so much for the Blogs. It's nice to know that all is going good. Brent, I didn't know that deep fried tarantula was a cure for a broken toe. Can you get the recipe for me?
Take care everyone.
Peace be with you all.
Mike

Best wishes and my thoughts are with all of you on the remainder of your trip.
